Modes 01, 02, and 03 use 65%, 85%, and 100% power settings. Mode 04 uses a 10Hz pulse, and mode 05 uses a breathing light pattern. These are five operating modes, rather than five different wavelengths.

Yes. Use the power button to cycle through the vibration settings. L1–L5 select the vibration intensity; L0 switches vibration off so you can use the light without massage.

Check whether the lock symbol is displayed. Double-tap the power button to unlock the screen. Double-tapping again enables the screen lock to help prevent accidental changes during your session.
