SissWrap™ Foot & Calf lets you choose light alone or light with vibration. Fit the foot and calf sections separately, select the light mode, choose a vibration level or L0 for off, and confirm the timer before settling into a seated session.

One unit covers one foot and lower leg. If you want both sides covered at the same time, the standard single-boot package does not supply that setup.

Fit the two regions separately

Open the hook-and-loop fastenings and position the light-emitting surface toward the sole, Achilles area and calf. Adjust the foot and calf sections for comfort instead of using one very tight fastening to hold everything.

The cordless format uses a rechargeable battery and USB-C charging. Prepare the charge and controller according to the included instructions before your session so low power is not mistaken for a mode problem.

Read the mode as an operating setting

Foot & Calf controls shown on the current product page
Control Setting
Light mode 01 / 02 / 03 65% / 85% / 100% power settings
Light mode 04 10 Hz pulse
Light mode 05 Breathing light pattern
Vibration L1–L5; L0 turns vibration off
Timer 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes; 20-minute default

These are operating choices, not five different wavelengths or five ranked treatment results. The product details and FAQ are the source for this model's control information.

Choose light alone when pressure-like sensation is not the goal

Light and vibration have different roles. Light-based care offers PBM as a recovery input; vibration changes the sensory experience. You do not need vibration enabled for a light session.

Use the power button to cycle vibration settings as described in the product FAQ. L0 switches it off. If vibration is pleasant, choose a comfortable level; a higher number is not a demonstrated better recovery dose. The tool-choice guide explains this distinction in the context of tired legs.

Confirm the timer and screen lock

The timer has a 20-minute default and automatic shut-off. Check the displayed selection rather than assuming the previous session's setting. A default is an operating value, not a requirement to use the longest available session.

If the touchscreen appears unresponsive, check for the lock symbol. The product FAQ specifies double-tapping the power button to unlock; double-tapping again enables the lock. Distinguish that state from a low battery or a device fault.

Make the session practical after work or activity

For a standing-shift routine, remove uncomfortable footwear and check the skin first. After a run, finish ordinary post-run tasks before settling in. Stay seated with the area supported, and stop if the fit or sensation becomes uncomfortable.

Choose the right coverage, not extra modes

If the knee is the main target, use the Knee guide rather than assuming this boot serves every joint. If you want a larger plug-in format, the Full Leg Boot guide covers a different model. The coverage comparison helps before purchase.

Keep one useful baseline setting and position so you can tell what an adjustment changes. More modes expand your choices; they do not make the strongest or most complex combination compulsory.
