These Terms of Service govern your use of www.sissilux.com and purchases made from SISSILUX. SISSILUX is a brand operated by BIG DOG LAB LLC. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. An account is not required to purchase unless checkout specifically states otherwise. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
2. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and product updates can cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products.
3. Orders, Prices and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, resale activity, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown before payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information.
If a product is offered as a recurring subscription, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be displayed before purchase. Future renewals may be cancelled in accordance with the subscription information shown at purchase or by contacting us before the next billing date.
4. Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Shipping destinations, processing estimates, delivery times, tracking, and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours can be considered only if the order has not shipped.
Our 60-day return window, confirmed-quality-issue solution, product-condition requirements, non-returnable consumables, return shipping responsibility, exchanges, and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
5. Limited Warranty
Unless a product page states a different written warranty, SISSILUX products include a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects under normal use. Confirmed quality issues reported within the first 60 days are handled under our Refund Policy, including its no-return-required replacement or refund option. During the remainder of the warranty period, the usual remedy is repair or replacement, depending on the issue and product availability.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, consumable items, misuse, accidents, improper storage or cleaning, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to instructions, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function. This warranty does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.
6. Responsible Product Use
Read and follow all product instructions, warnings, and contraindications before use. Product information on our website is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, use an implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without authorization; impersonate another person; or violate the rights of SISSILUX or any third party.
8. Intellectual Property
The SISSILUX name, logos, website content, product images, graphics, videos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BIG DOG LAB LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is permitted. No other use is authorized without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other websites. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. BIG DOG LAB LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses where such liability can lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
13. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and update date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
