Warranty Policy

SISSILUX products include a one-year limited warranty from the delivery date unless a product page clearly states a different written warranty.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use and prevent the product from functioning as intended.

Quality Issues Within the First 60 Days

Confirmed quality issues reported within 60 days after delivery are handled under our Refund and Return Policy. Send a photo or short video showing the issue. After confirmation, no return is required and you may choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Warranty Service From Day 61 Through One Year

For an eligible manufacturing defect reported after the first 60 days and within one year after delivery, the usual remedy is repair or replacement, depending on the issue and product availability. We may request photos, a short video, troubleshooting information, or the product serial number to evaluate the claim. Do not send a product back until you receive return instructions.

If we require a return for an approved warranty claim, we will provide the shipping instructions and cover standard shipping for the approved repair or replacement.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and cosmetic changes that do not affect product function
• Consumable or hygiene-sensitive items, including opened or used electrode pads
• Misuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper storage or cleaning
• Use contrary to product instructions or warnings
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or replacement parts
• Loss, theft, power surges, or damage caused by external events

This warranty does not guarantee a particular health, treatment, or cosmetic result and does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to Request Warranty Service

Email official@sissilux.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video when relevant. We normally respond within 1-2 business days.
