Refund Policy

At SISSILUX, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a worry-free return and refund policy to make your shopping experience simple and secure.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The product can be opened and tried, but must not be damaged, excessively worn, or altered in a way that affects its resale value.

The product must be clean, free from stains or scratches, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

Returned products must be shipped back to us within 7 days after return approval.

Consumable items such as opened electrode pads cannot be returned once used for hygienic reasons.


Return shipping costs:

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


To initiate a return, please contact us at official@sissilux.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if applicable. We will provide instructions for the return. Once we receive and inspect the product, your claim will be processed within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or for the same product due to defect, you may do so within 60 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the exchanged product has a price difference, you will need to pay or receive a refund for the difference.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.


2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing delays may occur.


3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at official@sissilux.com.

Important Notes

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged by misuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repair.

We do not accept returns for products lost or stolen during transit unless arranged with our support team.

Any returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
