Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some SISSILUX products may be offered as recurring subscriptions or other purchase options. The price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, renewal terms, and any available savings are shown before you complete the purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews at the frequency selected at checkout and the authorized payment method is charged for each renewal order.

Changing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may change or cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next order has been processed. Where available, use the subscription-management link in your customer account or subscription email. You may also contact us at official@sissilux.com. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise before purchase.

Orders Already Processed

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged and entered processing or shipment. Eligible processed orders are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with a recent renewal order.

Price or Subscription Changes

If we materially change a subscription price, frequency, or renewal terms, we will provide notice before the change applies where required. You may cancel before the next renewal.

Payment Failures

If a renewal payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment or ask you to update your payment method. A subscription may be paused or cancelled after repeated payment failures.
