I prefer it on the highest pressure and highest heat (warm) setting. It really relieves the pain that I get in my hands.
There are little pockets of air that run along each finger, and importantly for me, great pressure on the palm.
It has saved me money by getting a professional Hand massage. I use it most nights on a gentle heat and gentle pressure.
I accidentally knocked the power cable out and was surprised that it actually ran on its own battery, which is amazing! I didn’t realise it could do this!
